COURTNEY BOOTH
Coach, Speaker, Facilitator
With an in-born purpose to connect and inspire, Courtney ignites the power of people through their leadership. Together with her husband Chris, they founded Booth Leadership, an organization with a proven strategy for developing leaders who live more passionately and lead with great clarity, skill and focus. Certified with the John Maxwell Team, Leader to Leader Network and Dale Carnegie graduate program, Courtney started out her career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she studied agricultural journalism. After graduation, Courtney was selected and lead as Wisconsin's premier agricultural spokesperson- the 50th Alice in Dairyland and Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs.
Throughout the past 21 years she has experience in corporate marketing and advertising sales, community-focused leadership and professional coaching. Courtney and her husband Chris, a large animal veterinarian, are happily married for 21 years and are raising their four children on their small, family farm in northeast Wisconsin. Her family’s passions include exhibiting elite Red and White Holstein dairy cattle, volunteering with 4-H programs, coaching youth sports and living out their faith daily.

RICHELLE HOEKSTRA-ANDERSON,PSYD

Dr. Richelle Hoekstra-Anderson is a clinical and coaching psychologist who is called to work with people who are at a crossroads in life - whether in their career, relationships, health or self-growth. Besides coaching & counseling, Richelle loves facilitating interactive workshops and sharing her personal story. She brings warmth, enthusiasm and energy to every situation. After a successful career as an advisor at Mid-State Technical College, she has returned to private practice as a clinical and coaching psychologist through her Wisconsin Rapids Area practice called Crossroads Renewal.

As a leadership coach & catalyst she comes alongside high capacity leaders to help equip, inspire and transform. Before coaching and training professionally, Heidi owned a freelance web development & graphic design company. Helping others tell their stories with authenticity and style made her #1 Clifton strength of Communicator come alive. She still enjoys helping leaders and companies connect with their story for God's glory. For the last 20 years, she has been a leadership champion in her local church and community; working with executive leadership as well as leading start-up ministry teams.

BOB O'CONNOR
Financial Wellness Coach
Bob is passionate about coaching people to understand sound principles of money management and gain control of their financial future. Besides coaching individuals and couples, he also enjoys facilitating interactive sessions for business and non profit organizations. He is a successful business owner, practicing dentistry and serving as president for Riverhill Dental Associates in Wisconsin Rapids for 40 years. He decided to pursue his passion for financial wellness and started O’Connor Coaching LLC with Diane in 2008, after training with Dave Ramsey. He currently serves as a board member for Coach Connections, a national mastermind group for financial coaches.

Julie served on the lead team at Christian Life Fellowship in Port Edwards, Wisconsin for 29 years. She collaborated with Diane O'Connor to develop the group coaching format and content for Leader to Leader™ Group Coaching. Julie enjoys coaching leaders and teams. She loves organizing, and enjoys teaching, training, and facilitating a variety of leadership workshops. Julie is ordained through the Assemblies of God and is a certified coach through AG coaching. She loves coming along-side church leaders to help them clarify their vision and strengthen their teams.

Amy is passionate about encouraging individuals to develop their personal and professional leadership skills. Amy implements a coach approach as she helps people take a step forward from where they are to where they want to be. She enjoys helping organizations identify and grow in areas such as personal strengths and values, team building, shared visions, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. Amy has over 20 years of professional work experience and has held a variety of business leadership positions in the areas of Vice President, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, and Customer Service. Over the past several years, she’s dedicated her time to various instructing and training opportunities made available through Northcentral Technical College in the areas of business, marketing and leadership.

Marci has more than 20 years of professional work and organizational experience. Motivated by her years of leadership at the local, state and national levels, Marci loves to help individuals and teams build relational unity and effectiveness. Inspired by her faith, Marci connects leadership and agriculture helping individuals and teams grow "soil to soul".
