JOIN A TRAINING COHORT
We form cohorts as people express interest in being trained, and offer our training experiences once a month over a six-month period. During our time together, you will immerse yourself in the Leader to Leader™ Experience, learning concepts and tools for each of the first three squares on our Framework. You will engage in interactive sessions, and experience each of our coaching tools for yourself. We will also take time each session to “switch hats” and talk about the session from the facilitator’s viewpoint. Between sessions we will connect once by phone and answer questions as you begin to apply what you are learning. Each month we will debrief on the past month and delve into new topics and tools.
Training includes all coaching tools and materials, as well as permission to use Leader to Leader™ resources in your spheres of influence. After each session, you will leave with everything you need to replicate your own Leader to Leader™ Workshops in your church, community, or district. After you have facilitated Leader to Leader™workshops for awhile and receive feedback from participants, you may choose to interview with us to be listed on our Leader to Leader™Network site.
